Important Notes for LP Purchases

Jacket / Contents / Packaging

• Minor jacket wrinkles, corner dents, or cracks — unless causing an obvious playback defect — are not grounds for return or exchange.
• The inner sleeve may crack due to contact with the disc; this is not eligible for return or exchange.
• The disc label may not be applied smoothly due to the manufacturing process.
• Damage to the outer protective film that does not affect the product itself is not eligible for return or exchange.

Playback Issues

• If using a turntable without tonearm or weight adjustment (common in all-in-one models), skipping may occur on tracks with large dynamic variations — typically caused by a lightweight tonearm. Playback issues resulting from device limitations are not eligible for return or exchange. A turntable with an adjustable tonearm is recommended.
• Static electricity and dust can cause skipping; this can usually be resolved using a dedicated cleaning product.
• Dust accumulation on the stylus needle may also affect smooth playback.

Disc Abnormalities

• The disc surface may appear uneven or slightly warped. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if a playback defect is confirmed.
• The center hole may be manufactured slightly smaller to minimize audio distortion and ensure consistent repeated playback. If it does not fit your turntable spindle, a dedicated center hole adjustment tool can resolve this.
• Minor surface scratches or imperfect finishing may occasionally be present. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if a playback defect is confirmed.

Color Discs

• The actual color of the disc may differ slightly from images shown online.
• Color variation between individual copies is possible due to the nature of the color disc manufacturing process.
• Small dots or traces of other color dyes may be present on the disc as a result of production.

Returns & Exchanges

• For return or exchange requests due to clear manufacturing defects, please contact customer support with photos, a video demonstrating the issue, and the model name of your playback device.
• Because LP jackets are highly susceptible to damage during repeated shipping and are difficult to resell, returns due to accidental purchases or a change of mind cannot be accepted. Please purchase carefully.
