Jacket / Contents / Packaging

• Minor jacket wrinkles, corner dents, or cracks — unless causing an obvious playback defect — are not eligible for return or exchange.
• The inner sleeve may develop cracks from contact with the disc; this is considered normal and is not eligible for return or exchange.
• Disc labels may not adhere perfectly due to the manufacturing process.
• Damage to the outer shrink wrap that does not affect the product itself is not eligible for return or exchange.

Playback Issues

• If using a turntable without tonearm or weight adjustment (typically all-in-one models), skipping may occur on tracks with large dynamic variations due to the light tonearm weight. Playback issues caused by the playback device are not eligible for return or exchange — a turntable with an adjustable tonearm is recommended.
• Static electricity and dust can cause uneven playback; this can usually be resolved using a dedicated cleaning product.
• Dust accumulation on the stylus needle may also result in uneven playback.

Disc Condition

• The disc surface may appear slightly uneven or warped. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if a playback issue is confirmed.
• The center hole may be manufactured slightly smaller to minimize distortion and maintain playback consistency. If it does not fit the turntable spindle, it can be adjusted using a dedicated tool.
• Minor surface scratches or imperfect finishing may occasionally be present. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if a playback issue is confirmed.

Color Discs

• The actual color of a color disc may differ slightly from images shown online.
• Color variation between individual copies may occur during the manufacturing process.
• Small dots or traces of other color dyes may appear on the disc as a result of production.

Exchange & Return Policy

• For exchange or return requests due to clear manufacturing defects, please contact customer support with photos, a video confirming the defect, and the model name of your playback device.
• As LP jackets are highly susceptible to damage during shipping and are difficult to resell, returns due to accidental purchases or change of mind are not accepted. Please purchase carefully.
