Celebrating the 35th anniversary, this Blu-ray package features the monumental live performance titled "What a beautiful memory ～forever moment～" captured in a 2-disc sleeve case edition. The phrase "forever moment" symbolizes an eternal memory immortalized through this extraordinary live show.

This live event includes the largest number of songs ever performed in the history of the band, featuring a full setlist of 39 timeless tracks. It combines valuable MC footage by Izumi Sakai, off-shot videos, and about 160 minutes of permanent archival content.

The concerts were held in Osaka Festival Hall (February 6) and Tokyo International Forum (February 10) during the exclusive 2004 nationwide tour. Both performances sold out immediately upon general ticket release.

A unique stage production included a thin screen covering the entire front, projecting Izumi Sakai’s visuals while the band played behind it. This setup enhanced audience immersion, allowing deep engagement with the vocals and imagery. When the screen rose, Izumi Sakai’s microphone center stage was revealed alongside the band members on either side, with transparent, vibrant images displayed on the central LED.

The setlist comprises 39 classic songs, encapsulating eternal charm. Along with the main live performances, the package includes rare MC videos, off-shot scenes from locations such as Los Angeles, the filming of "Yureru Omoi," and Hayama, providing a comprehensive experience.

Bonus footage features six acoustic live songs from the first audience-attended ZARD show held at Billboard Live YOKOHAMA in June 2026. Newly edited music videos for "Futari no Natsu" and "Anata wo Kanjiteitai" with additional footage specially prepared for this anniversary are also included.
